Donors support was vital to see the completion of this project, providing vocational training for the Palestinians who suffered and are still suffering from 39 years of occupation. Donors believed in the importance of the College to provide industrial and productive skills to the Palestinians in order to assist them in developing their society and to improve the social well-being in Palestine.
