The college lies in the industrial zone of the city of Nablus close to the Secondary School of Industry, between Balata and Askar refugee camps. The Campus is of rectangular shape of an approximate area of about 18,000sqm. The total area of the main building is about 12,500sq m.

The college is designed in a compact shape to optimize interactions between its various components and to maximize utilization of the limited space.

The academic facilities are distributed on three levels. The ground floor is mostly workshops while the two upper levels, comprising of laboratories, classrooms, computer rooms and drafting rooms distributed on three wings. The wings are connected by a main spine comprising offices for academic staff.

The administrative and management functions are located at the first level of a separate wing, easily accessible to students and recognizable by the public.

A multipurpose hall with the capacity of 500 people is available to host academic, sportive, social and community events.
|
|
Student facilities include a library, cafeteria, playgrounds, mosque and an infirmary. Stores cater for the College academic and administration needs.

The college concentrates on technical training, containing 36 Workshops and laboratories that are equipped with state of the art training equipment designed according to the didactic concept of training.
